Perfect for assisted pull ups.

This product has changed by Back program for the better. I use it on my squat rack to do assisted Pull Ups. I went from three in row to ten in row in three weeks. I now use a lower strength resistance strap and I'm to four sets of ten. I can now do 10 Pull Ups. I use it during my second, third and fourth sets to make it to ten. So, if I get to five Pull ups in my second set, I use the band for the next five. I'm definitely getting stronger and seeing results. Great product.

Great for my quarantine workout

I've been using this to build up my strength for pull ups and chin ups. This band is helping and it is holding up so far.

First and foremost don’t get it confused you are not buying a bunch of bands, you are buying one.What that being said, I purchased the red band. The red bands resistance is crazy (in a good way)! I use pretty frequently and it stays strong. Honestly I plan to buy the rest for different levels of working out and to incorporate my GF into the regime.
