Destiny Ghost Vinyl - Sundance Cayde-6's Ghost

Not entirely sure why there's so much hostility towards a piece of plastic, the reviews were oddly critical but fortunately I know better than to trust reviews that seem to be criticizing an entire brand (Destiny) and not the actual product.This is close to a 1-1 scale ghost replica. The construction is hard plastic, similar to the quality and design you would get from a Funko Pop! collectible. The figure is mounted on a base and it does not seem to be detachable. The $15 price tag is a little higher than other similar collectibles but the Ghost is larger than most Pop! collectibles that cost $8-9, so I think its reasonable. They tend to go on-sale around $11.I don't know what else anyone was expecting, its a Ghost replica collectible. No, it will not change your mind toward Destiny/Bungie's developmental misgivings, give you raid matchmaking or god rolls or make you gud at PvP. Nor will it justify the 2K hours you invested in a casually designed video game when you could have been doing literally anything else of actual significance. It will not give you back your youthful vigor wasted on loot grinding over say, the warm embrace of a meaningful human connection.But it WILL look pretty suite on that makeshift shelf positioned behind your Dorito dust covered desk where you stream Destiny to your dedicated followers, all three of them (including your mom and her cat). The third one is probably a bot, lets be honest.Sorry, its just plastic.

So I purchased 2 shells, The Generalist and Sundance, both of which come with exclusive in game emblems for Destiny 2. Upon arrival the first thing I did was set these ghosts up on shelves and they look great as displays but then when I began entering codes I got little lights immediately from Sundance as I was expecting but my Carrhae shell code was giving me a strange error. I contacted bungie who informed me to reach out to The Coop, the creators of the ghosts. Friday night I sent them a message detailing my issue and by Monday morning I had a reply. It appears there may be an issue with switched codes on the cards but you can see what emblem you should receive by the image on the top right of the card. While it may take some time to email the company they've offered great service in replacing my code and the ghosts themselves look great.

EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I contacted the manufacturer at [email protected] and explained the issue with the emblem code. After providing them with proof of purchase AND a photo of the original incorrect emblem code, they were able to send me a new code that worked on bungie.net without a problem. I've since updated my review to 5 stars from the 2 I rated the product originally.The Ghost itself is great. The top notch quality that comes along with products from The Coop. However... The biggest selling point for me to pre-order this item was the included "Little Lights" emblem code. The code that was included with the ghost was for an emblem I have redeemed from a different collectible, and not the emblem advertised. This definitely needs fixing from the seller/manufacturer.

I am writing on behalf of the product (not the company). I received the product in the mail today and it appears to be free of defects, it is a decent quality (given the price), and it can be a nice item to add to your collection. I am satisfied with the product (company different topic). On part of the company which mistakenly placed the wrong code in the box (code for CARRHAE emblem not LITTLE LIGHT'S emblem)... this is an issue they are aware of. I went to their website (crowdedcoop.com) and contacted them, and was directed to email [email protected] in order to have my issue resolved. I'm sure they will sort this issue out... once this first batch is out. I hope this helps others that are trying to figure out what to do if they are in the same predicament, or are planning on ordering, or have ordered.

Fairly big, but i didn't read product dimensions like i should have.I wanted a small one to fit in my PC as a decorative item to give my PC some character, custom build.Due to it size, i ended up putting it on top of my pc, angling it towards my chair.Excellent product though. I would have given it 5 starts if it wasn't so large (it looks like the size ratio is perfect if it were a real life ghost)*Edit: Ended up giving it 5 starts because i made the mistake on not checking dimensions.A must have for Destiny fans

About the Product:I really loved my Sundance Ghost, no more words to say, if you are a collector, YOU MUST HAVE IT. It's beautiful.About the Code:So as everybody when I redeemed my code it was for Carrhae, didn't know about this until I came to see the reviews, but then I saw that the email they were sharing ([email protected]). I sent the guys an email explaining the situation and they sent me my Little Light Emblem without issues, it made my day actually, it was fast. It would work if you guys send the Order # from Amazon and stuff like the address where you received the product, also I attached a picture of the emblem code.

Waited a few days to write a review because of a situation that occurred and was quickly resolved. I ordered my Sundance Ghost Shell on Saturday and it arrived on Monday. The Ghost Shell itself looked great and it's already on display in my gameroom. The issue happened with the code for Little Light's Emblem, as there was no such code in the box. The box looked like it was previously opened, code was taken, and the item itself returned to the company (something that I later found out was a common occurrence so I really can't blame The Coop). I emailed them explaining my situation, along with order info as proof of purchase and they responded the next day with a working code! All in all, I got what I paid for and I am very happy with my purchase.
