Royalcraft Paris 6 Seat Dining Set

NOT grey as described and ordered - very disappointing - it's brownQuality ok for the cost.

Amazon's delivery date kept slipping so I cancelled the order & bought this set elsewhere (at the same price, delivery free & arrived within 4 days). The Royalcraft Bistro set is really nice and I'm pleased with it.

I purchased an large Royal-craft rattan dinning set about 2.5 years ago at a cost of around £1300, so I was expecting a quality product.I noticed at the end of last summer two or three of the rattan weave pieces snapping under the glass covered dining table.This year it has got much much worst with many dozens of the weave snapping. It appears to relate to the heat that builds up under the glass on sunny days.Their customer support were not are interested at all, they just stated it was beyond their 12 month warranty, I even suggested I'd buy a new table top from them, and they still did not want to know.I'm very disappointed with their product and even more disappointed with their customer service.My advice; look elsewhere for your rattan furniture.
