Item is a total disaster. "Huness I25 ultra" Unlocked Cell Phone, sold by Huness gave one star 🌟 just because it didn't allow me to give -0 star First : it looks very nice. Second. : just in a week it star malfunctioned, when you place a phone call the person on the other side can't hear me at all Third. : I wrote and sent a message to Amazon and to the seller and neither one could help me.f Fourth : they just Said, "sorry we heard this thing happened with that phone, there's nothing we can do to help you. We just suggest you to buy a brand name phone. Fifth : I the buyer who lost my money in this transaction, recommended to all the public in general no to buy any thing from this seller , they don't deserve

If I could I'd leave 0 stars. It's the worst phone I've ever owned. I have it less than a half year and it already doesn't send texts, people can't hear me on a phone, it restarts on it's own,.. I can go on and on. The camera is horrible, the colors on camera are very off. The running system is not a typical android. It's full of adds and viruses. You can't open any app without waiting for adds. I don't have anything good at all to say about this piece of junk but, well, you get what you pay for. I wanted the phone just for texts, calls, and a camera, but couldn't use it even for that.

We bought the Huness Snapdragon phone as a gift for a relative in Spain, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. It took quite some time for him to transfer his data from the old phone, only to find out the phone is not compatible with Spanish (European) networks. This was a complete shock — there was no mention in the product description that it wouldn’t work outside the U.S. or in Europe. Now that we’re back from our trip, we can’t return or exchange the phone, and our relative is left with a device that’s completely unusable. We feel like we’ve wasted our money for nothing. This kind of crucial information should be clearly stated in the listing. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
