Recommended is approximately 1 tablespoon (10g) for every 8 oz of water but we encourage to experiment with the tea-to-water ratio to match your preference. Sobacha is naturally Caffeine Free.

You can re-steep it up to 2 times depending on your taste preference. Slightly increase the water temperature with each successive steeping for best results. Get about 30 cups from one tea tin, potentially more since it can be resteeped.
