Cut the hole in the counter top to an almost perfect fit . Take your time for best results .
I love this sink and it looks awesome with my new counter top . It is well constructed and easy to keep clean . I used clear roofing sealant to adhere the sink to the counter top . This worked very well and it is a high end sealant . Don't be cheap about this because that is all that holds the sink in place .

Great looking sink
It looks just like an old cast iron sink, which is the look I was going for. You can not tell it's not until you go tap on it, and you realize:" hey this isn't cast iron".... But it sure looks like it and much easier to install.
