I love everything about these but one of the zippers is a faulty zipper. :(

Really pretty shoes, but sizing is way off. I have average feet and my normal size that I purchased was too big, so I actually returned these shoes and reordered a half-size smaller. The part where my feet were fit wonderfully and the sole was very, very comfortable. However, the ankle straps were too loose which made the back part of the shoe rub against my heels and give me blisters. If you wear these, I recommend putting bandaids on your heels to prevent rubbing on your skin. Also, they are more like flats, not wedges. If you are hoping for a discreet height boost, these shoes will not give you that. They are gorgeous otherwise; I didn't have any issue with the crystals. All were present and made the shoes dazzle under my bridesmaid's gown. Overall, I was satisfied.
