This works okay
In the past I've used the bamboo/ wooden tools. These steel ones kinda get the job done. Two of them that look almost identical are too thin so they hurt when you use them sometimes, the third one that's the smallest is to thick so it doesn't really work. The plastic with light are pretty cool, work okay as well. If there was a tool to hold the ear open, I would add an extra star

Broke within 3 minutes of having
Everything seemed fine out of the box but within three minutes of use cleaning my child’s ear, the clicking mechanism on the pen light broke (with no cause, it wasn’t dropped or anything) and the penlight wouldn’t turn off. Very disappointed since that’s the whole reason I bought it.

Is ok for the price
Is ok for the price. But the tool with the light already broke. The other tools are still intact and working.

Cheap but good
I bought this mainly for the light. The light is bright enough to see clearly into the ear although it isn't the brightest. It's about as bright as a keychain flashlight. You have to turn it around in the ear a little to see all sides, but works well. I have used it daily for about a month with no problems. The metal handle is sturdy but the plastic is a little flimsy and cheap so you can't really dig or pick at the ear, which you shouldn't be doing anyway. However if you pick slowly and gently you should be able to get everything.The other tools are just okay. The picks feel little rough and don't really do a good job but they're not useless.All tools are easy to clean too

Light portion worked for a bit and won’t work anymore even after changing to to new batteries.
The light portion didn’t last. Only reason why I bought it was the light which will help me better see. But I’m a bit disappointed that it didn’t last long. The light doesn’t work after few weeks of used. I barely even use it. I have changed the to new batteries too but won’t work.

Easy and safe to use
Have not used this product. I researched it and asked my Dr. about it. If used correctly it will be a very good item to have around the home. Follow instructions.

Best tool for cleaning kids ears
I ordered this for the LED stick and it is amazing. I hate having to hold a flashlight and clea. My kids ears. This tool is amazing and does the job.

Plastic pieces are a little flimsy
Overall it’s a good product. I’m a little concerned that one of the plastic pieces that go into the lighted pick will snap. The stainless pieces are great having no rough edges.
