My fry daddy spatula went bad so I ordered this one it works amazingly even better than the fry daddy spatula it's easy to clean and the size of the scoop allows you to fry bigger quantities and grab bigger items out definitely worth the money if you use a fryer and it's very sturdy

Flat so you can skim and turn items
I looked forever for one that was not angled like a ladle. I like to skim off frying items without having to dip down from the top. I can use a more comfortable arm position with this. And it’s good strong quality.

Different use
I use this to clean my cats litter box. The plastic ones sold for this purpose break very easily. Bought this to replace one that was 20+ years old.
