Definitely worked for what I needed!
I was looking for a way to make vegan marshmallow fluff and was most definitely having a problem in doing so. After talking to a few friends (one of which actually published a book http://www.amazon.com/The-Vegan-Girls-Guide-Life/dp/1616080922/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1336984170&sr=8-1 ) she recommended this stuff. I found a recipe that also mentioned this versawhip as well, so I figured I might as well get it. Leery at first because of the price, I'm glad I got it. It made my fluff the EXACT way I wanted it and tastes delicious! I left it in the mixer a little longer than the recipe said, and I'm so glad I did. It turned the perfect color and consistency.Again, glad I bought this product! I'll have it FOREVER since the recipe only called for 1 tsp and 1 tbsp. I only wish it came in different sizes than just the 16oz one

It kinda exploded inside the box even with the seal.
It’s okay it’s just kinda messy with a bit of powder everywhere in the box. improve on the packaging next time

So how do you use it
I fully expected to have instructions and ideas of how to use this product. Nothing was enclosed. I wrote the company. They responded. They said their chef was overseas. I am still waiting for the instructions.Now I have to locate that chef who introduced me to the product! I am not a happy camper.

Wonderful product, HUGE quantity.
For what i use it for i only need 5 grams at a time, so 1 pound should last me...a while. the product is great (you must know its limitations before purchasing, doesn't play well with fat or alcohol) very happy with it.

super gross
I did so much research on how to use it and when I did it was so gross. I don't know if I have a sensitive palate but it taste so gross and chemically. And it leaves a weird sort of slimy film on your hands and anything else it touches.

no instructions
There are no instuctions with this product as to how to use it and get results. Is that not a little crazy?
