Great product!
Great rangefinder at a terrific price! Works great - fast, clear, accurate. It's small, lightweight, but feels sturdily built. Definitely recommend.

Fast accuracy with magnetic mount
Fantastic product! Lightning fast pinpoint accuracy! I’ve seen rangefinders at twice this price struggle to lock on the flag, but the Acer product performs really well. Display is crisp and clear and product is simple to use. Plus the magnetic mount for range finders in this price range is an unbelievable added bonus. Definitely recommend!

Accurate, Fast, and Affordable
The Acer SW-RF700 Laser Rangefinder is a true game-changer on the course. It’s compact, lightweight, and fits easily in your hand or golf bag. The build feels solid and durable without being bulky, and it’s incredibly user-friendly—just aim and press for quick, accurate distance readings. What really sets it apart is how fast and precisely it locks onto the flag, even with trees or background clutter. It’s consistently accurate and takes the guesswork out of club selection. The optics are sharp, and the display remains clear even in bright sunlight—perfect for midday rounds. For the price, the performance is outstanding. If you’re looking for a dependable, easy-to-use rangefinder that won’t break the bank, the SW-RF700 is an excellent choice for any golfer. Highly recommended

Good product and great price
Updated after 6 uses....This is still a decent product, especially for the price. I took 1 star away for a few reasons.1- I'm still waiting for a rebate from the manufacturer. I don't know if it's coming.2- The range finder can lock on to other nearby targets very quickly and give feedback as if it's locked onto the flag, so you have to have a rough idea of the yardage your looking for (within 10 yards) to make sure your not hitting something in the foreground or background3-The build quality is good but it is a plastic case that doesn't feel heavy duty. I doubt it can handle a drop very well. I definitely don't want to try it.Received the product within a few days. Just used it for the first time in a golf scramble. The scope works really well and is easy to use. It quickly recognizes the flag and gives instant feedback. Solid magnet and a nice size that is comfortable in your hand and easy to store.

Solid Performer
Acer Golf Rangefinder (SW-RF700) - A Solid Performer for the Price-Conscious GolferAs an avid golfer always looking for ways to shave strokes off my game, a reliable rangefinder is a must-have. I recently picked up the Acer Golf Rangefinder (SW-RF700) and have been genuinely impressed with its performance, especially considering its competitive price point.First Impressions & Build Quality (4/5 stars)Out of the box, the Acer SW-RF700 feels surprisingly sturdy. It has a comfortable, ergonomic grip that fits well in the hand, and the rubberized casing provides a good sense of durability. It's not as premium-feeling as some of the high-end models, but it certainly doesn't feel cheap. It's lightweight enough to carry comfortably for 18 holes without adding bulk to my bag. The magnetic strip on the side is a brilliant touch for attaching it to a golf cart – a simple feature that makes a big difference in convenience.Accuracy & Speed (4.5/5 stars)This is where the Acer SW-RF700 truly shines for its price. I tested it against a few higher-priced rangefinders from playing partners, and the Acer consistently delivered accurate distances within +/- 0.5 yards. Whether I was shooting to the flag, a bunker, or a tree line, the readings were spot on. The speed at which it acquires the target is also impressive. It locks onto the flagstick almost instantly, even from over 200 yards, and the flagpole locking with vibration alert provides a satisfying confirmation that you've got the right target. I rarely had to re-shoot a target.Key Features (4/5 stars)The Acer SW-RF700 comes packed with the essential features you need on the course:* Slope Compensation: This is a game-changer for hilly courses. The slope adjusted distance gives you a true "plays like" yardage, helping with club selection. Crucially, it has a simple on/off switch for the slope function, making it legal for tournament play when needed.* 6x Magnification: The optics are clear and bright, even in slightly dimmer conditions. The 6x magnification is more than sufficient for identifying targets and getting precise readings.* Multiple Modes: Beyond basic distance, it offers horizontal/vertical distance, angle, and even speed measurement (though I haven't used that last one on the course). The "M" button makes switching between modes straightforward.* Rechargeable Battery: The USB-C rechargeable battery is a huge plus. No more fumbling with CR2 batteries. It holds a charge for multiple rounds, which is excellent. The charging indicator is also a nice touch.Display & Usability (4/5 stars)The LCD display is clear and easy to read. While it's not a dual-color display, the black reticle is sharp against most backgrounds. Operating the device is intuitive – a single button for ranging, and another for mode selection. It's definitely designed for ease of use right out of the box.Minor Drawbacks (Considerations)While overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of minor points to consider:* Low Light Performance: In very low light conditions (early morning or dusk), the black reticle can be a little harder to see compared to some models with red/black dual displays. This is a common trade-off at this price point, though.* No Advanced GPS Integration: Unlike some hybrid rangefinders, this is purely a laser rangefinder. If you're looking for integrated GPS course maps, this isn't the one for you. However, for a dedicated laser, it performs exceptionally well.Overall Value (5/5 stars)For the features, accuracy, and build quality you get, the Acer Golf Rangefinder (SW-RF700) offers incredible value for money. It easily competes with models twice its price and delivers consistent, reliable performance on the course. If you're looking for a dependable rangefinder that won't break the bank and provides all the essential features to improve your game, I highly recommend giving this Acer a serious look. It has definitely become a staple in my golf bag.

Great Rangefinder and Solid Value!
I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Acer rangefinder. It fits well in my hand, the weight is light but heavy enough to be stable. It has a stability function for shaky hands which makes it easy to lock in on targets. The screen is very clear and has all of the needed information to make the right club choice on the golf course. I tried some of my friends rangefinders that were much more expensive and this product seems superior. Very happy with my purchase.

Vibration is a little cumbersome
Good rangefinder for the money, takes a while to get used to the vibration. Need to hold it with both hands, but works pretty good when you get used to it.

Very nice rangefinder for accurate golf yardages
Very feature nice and quality built rangefinder. Magnetic mount, slope, rechargeable battery, clear lens, good adjustability, flag lock vibration. Form factor is compact and comes with a case and charging cable. Accuracy almost identical to my Nikon pro staff. You can't go wrong with this rangefinder.
