The compression sleeve was a nice addition for tennis elbow. If the usual tennis elbow brace gives you fits try this sleeve!

Good fit with strong elastic compression. My only problem is the velcro band. There's no real "loop" to the hook and loop design and as a result the band wears out to the point the added compression from the band won't stay in place. These 2 supports were purchased months apart and both suffer the same result.

Nice material, soft, comfortable, flexible, easy to get on, then compresses down nicely for good support.Compared to other sleeves, these are bigger in size than most, which is a good thing. its very flexible don't have to struggle to pull it up your arm, material is very elastic and compresses down nicely.I have terrible tennis elbow tendonitis, forearm measures 14.5 inches, bicep measures 18.5 inches at peak. My measurement 4 inches above elbow was 16 inches.From size chart 12-13.5 inches is XL. I got XL, sleeve slides right on with out any fight, fabric is very stretchable, but then locks down to a nice snug fit, not strangling. which surprisingly gives good compression and support without being to tight or being uncomfortable.Then you can use the flexi-strap that ends up at upper part of forearm. You can wrap is snug to really tight, depending on your injury or situation. You can use wrap around forearm area for tendonitis, around elbow joint area or angle it up toward bicep area. Its a really flexible wrap/strap setup.I think if you want above medium to high compression from sleeve/wrap part alone go one size down than what sizing recommendation gives in picture. If you want a looser fit snuggling feel go with recommendations and you can always use the strap to lock down or tighten up your problem area any where in elbow area.Hope this helps.

It is fantastic in many ways, It always feels cool on my skin, it does not hold heat under it like cheaper versions can. It is very comfortable to wear compared to cheaper versions from the drug store. My skin is never sensitive or itchy when I take it off. The extra compression strap is really nice to have for those moments when the pain decides to pulse down your forearm. The velcro strap has a tendency to loosen when i am working, I would mark this as a detriment but it almost seems like a safety measure to prevent me from cutting off blood flow. I am very please with this product and would definitely buy again if needed. My only suggestion in improvement would be to offer larger sizes, I am not a big guy but I needed the largest size you carry. Trust the chart on sizing if you arm is bigger than 13 inches this is likely to be too tight for you.

I have golfers elbow and tennis elbow at the same time, as well as some strain to the bicep and tricep. As soon as I put this thing on I immediately got about an 85% reduction in pain when relaxed (before that it hurt all the time). After about a week of wearing it, all of the pain was gone... a month later I'm sure to wear it anytime I know I'll be using the elbow for physical activity, that along with rest and ice and regularly caring for it I can tell that my tendons are healing up. Its still got a ways to go but this brace helped BIG TIME. It provides just the right amount of compression, and in the right areas to due the job better than any other braces and golf/tenn elbow compression straps I've tried. As a side note when I need maximum bracing help due to heavy physical activity, I also wear another brace I got on Amazon underneath it; "Kunto Fitness Elbow Brace Compression Support Sleeve".

I wore this during my lifting sessions which are typically 3-4 days per week. At first the product worked great. It's been about 5 months now and the section around the bicep has stretched out to the point that it continues to fall toward my elbow and bunches up causing me to constantly pull it back up which is very annoying.I reached out to the manufacturer to see if this issue is covered by warranty and they are sending me replacements but did say that it's comment with any sleeve to stretch out over time. I wasn't aware of that so I appreciated them making that clear. So their customer service appears to be very good which is nice!

Update: After one week of use I would improve the rating to average. But velcro has the issue. Specifically if by mistake it is tugged out of band line it will not come off easily and may damage the strap. I will still return this and may try the compression one.I just received one after ordering the large size based on measurement suggestions provided. I am sad to say that within just one day of usage the product has completely fallen below my expectations. Looks like I would have ordered XL size. Its quality is bad as part of the bandage is already tearing up upon very hardly removable velcro band. Wrap belt is good in design but execution terms of quality is poor. I will try to see one more day if it scraps and tear further I will return it most probably. Would not recommend others.

I love that you can adjust how tight it is. I have had issues with my ulnar nerve for months. I have experienced pain and numbness. The doctor gave me a baND it brace to wear and my arm ached all this time. I have been wearing this for like three weeks now and my pain is almost gone. I ordered an Xl because I was in between sizes. After wearing the XL for two weeks I thought it might be too big. I contacted customer service and they sent me the next size down. Thank you so much for offering this product. He has really helped me so much. I will keep buying when this one gets worn out. I might be trying the knee brace next. Thank you.
