It was broken
I received the tool quite quickly. As I put batteries in, the red power light came on.. So I used another brand of new batteries - same result, just red light and no function of the tool. So I bought brand new Duracell batteries - same result! So I returned it which worked easy and fast. Money was returned, including the shipping fees

Good price, worked well
Considering I have to pay 50usd to get a replacement card to my neighborhood gym, this was a great way to make an extra access card Incase I ended up losing my original or breaking it.Very simple operation but no way to fully confirm itll work till you actually go and test it.However, it has worked well for me and the extra cards and tags were well worth it.
