This thing is awesome. I love it. I am a 6'3" tall male and weigh approximately 253 pounds. It fits perfect. Not too constricting. Nice firm support. The 1st thing I noticed when I opened the little bag and pulled it out was how thick it is. The stitching is really nice and seems really durable as well. So I washed it and then tried it on. It's nice and snug but doesn't feel like it hinders any movement or breathing etc. Which is good because I'm claustrophobic. So I went in the living room to check it out in the closest mirror and even though its thick, I could feel the air from the ceiling fan on my skin through the shirt. I'd have no problem wearing this thing all day, and I intend to. I can't wait to wear it under a nice dress shirt. Its slimming, comfortable, offers control if you need it. If you need support to work out, get it. You have loose skin from weight loss? Get it. You have man boobs and you'd like your chest to look more proportionate to the rest of you? Get it. If you're kind of on the fence about size, maybe this will help. I can wear a 1x tshirt and it fits me slim. Not tight, just comfortably slim. I can also wear a 2x shirt and it fits slightly loose. So I'm kind of in limbo land depending on the manufacturer of the garment. So with this compression shirt I ordered a 2x and it fits perfect. Length is perfect too. It comes down about halfway of my buttocks. It takes effort to get into the shirt but it's a compression shirt. That's part of the fun. I was able to get it on over my head and didnt have to step into it as they reccomend. I think that has more to do with your physical shape, size, and condition. This is the longest by far review I've ever written. I hope it helps someone out there that feels like they need one of these shirts. I recommend this shirt and I'd definitely buy from these guys again.

I'm a tall (5'10") female with a pretty big belly at the moment due to weight gain + abdominal surgery + some stomach issues.I had bought a waist cincher but it wasn't really long enough for my torso and it was super uncomfortable at the top where the boning hits my girls and at the bottom when it my hips while sitting.I thought of ordering another without boning but cinchers in general don't feel completely secure, just floating around my waist. It would slowly fall as the day went on. Also, whether it's a zipper or hooks, that's also just more bumps and lines that would sometimes show through clothing. And sometimes my back fat would get squeezed between the top of the cincher and bra and look and feel terrible. It pretty much defeated the purpose. There's way too many issues with a cincher that made me feel less confident and sloppy rather than the opposite.This came up in my feed and I saw how long it was and read reviews and gave it a shot. My measurements are 38, 31, 40 and I ordered a Medium.The quality is so good. It almost feels like neoprene with its thickness. It's a very silky material, double-layer, long (26.5" shoulder to hem) enough to tuck, super-compressing, feels great, and really smoothing.I need a little maneuvering with the Medium to get it over my shoulders and chest but it feels great once it's on. It does smush my chest down but I'm a 36DDD so not completely. And sometimes I really don't care anyway. It provides awesome support while running.I've owned one-piece and thigh shapers that don't have nearly as much compression, thickness, and quality of materials. Stitching has not failed. Easy to wash and hang dry. I ordered it in both colors. I only wish they made it in white.

This compression shirt has been great. I’ve been on a weight loss journey recently and not only has this shirt helped to build my confidence during this time, but it’s also allowed and assisted me in remaining accountable by showing me the result I want to permanently achieve beforehand. This shirt has been a godsend. Comfortable, stretchy, without too much give, yet conforming, shaping and breathable. I went to Beyoncés concert in Vegas recently and was able to wear this shirt underneath my clothing and was not hot. This is an amazing product, very well made. I highly recommend!

I carry some extra weight around my stomach and have love handles that can make wearing certain shirts less appealing. Adding this shapewear under some of my shirts has been a lifesaver and confidence booster. It has held up after many washes so far so the quality seems great! It can be a little warm at times but it's worth it for the fit and appearance it provides!

So if the point is compression, yes it does the job, for it's price it's fair to say it's an OK purchase, but...This thing is thick, really thick! the breathability is bad if you live in Southern California, it wicks the sweat fast because is synthetic but at the same time makes you sweat more because of the thickness and weight and really feels almost like summer wetsuit thick.I have compression undershirts of different price points and brands, I personally love the Under Armor ones because they are lightweight and efficient and true to the size, specially those meant for Football players.But this does do the job, probably I'll use it more on winter when snowboard season arrives and a extra support to the core will be welcome, but now on summer its a bit too hot for my taste.Also it runs a bit on the smaller side, not too small but for sure on the slimmer fit.One detail I really don't like is the trim in the middle of the chest, it get really highlighted if you wear something a bit tighter or some synthetic material like dry-fit, wish it was on the back and had the front made of a single panel (or didn't have it at all) I even initially thought it was because the material on the lower portion gave extra compression and support for the back but no it's on the front side, which brings to another point I dislike, there is almost no way to see which side is which until you wear it and knows that the colar is too high on the front of your neck when it's backwards.Personally I probably won't buy again, but for the price it worths giving a try, it may suit you better than it did for me, personally I'll pay the premium and stick to what been working for me.

Fits great and does the job of pulling in my stomach and man boobs... I'm 36-38 waist and large build so the XXL fits perfect (quite a struggle to get it on but once on it makes you feel solid).I may draw a 6 pack on it for that more realistic lookI highly recommend

Slightly tighter than expected size but once you put it on, it works as expected. Material is breathable so no discomfort wearing all day at work.
