More than a media player
To advertise this as a media player really undersells it. It is more like an ipod Touch, a full functioned android device you can install apps on. There is wifi & bluetooth connections but no telephony. I hated all the dedicated media players I have bought so far with crappy built in software & crappy controls. Those are around $30-$40, but for $20 more with more storage, you get the whole android ecosystem. And can use your favorite streaming apps. With this I can use my favorite android music player app. This is around 4 oz. so it is more convienient to carry around than larger & heavier smart devices. The small size fits in any pocket. The only drawback is that it is stuck on android version 9, so you can't load the latest versions of your apps. I can live with that. I'll have to see how the battery life is. It seem to drain quickly when using the screen a lot when loading up my typical apps.

Connection problems
Took it out of the packaging and it looked and felt good. Reformatted the provided SD card and tried to put music on it and it won't connect with my PC. I looked up website and left a message 5/1/25 and still haven't heard back 5/5/25. Consulted the internet and it said to do what I was doing which wasn't working. I would hear a ding when I plugged it into the PC but there were no other indications that it was connecting. Disappointed.

Good MP3 Player
Good MP3 Player. Works as intended. Connects well to my Google account. Amazon music works well. All my Playlist and favorites are there to play. Radio stations come in nicely inside my home. My only small complaint is the wire earphones that comes with the MP3 Player, they are not the best sounding. So just get other quality ear buds or head phones that are out there to use. Yes, the MP3 Player has Bluetooth connectivity so you don't have to rely on wired earphones. Overall very good product. I like it and I have no complaints. Highly recommend getting this MP3 Player.

Great little Android tablet!
I needed something to stream music to a speaker at my work that I could just leave attached to the speaker for everyone to use instead of connecting our phones. And this is the perfect little player for that. Super simple and easy to use. Just what I needed.

not bad player if you don't expect to use in it in a rougher working environment
I bought this device because I like to play music from my MP3s while I'm mowing my yard. I can't do that with my phone anymore as most phone manufactures have stopped supporting MicroSD card slots and the on board memory isn't enough to load all my music. The device seems a bit slow from an OS perspective. I use rocket player as my music app as it allows for the hearing imbalance control. Not sure if the device was just getting too hot, but the music started to skip and the device shut down a few times while using it. To be fair, I did have the battery saver feature enabled and the auto shutdown set for 60min. The shut downs happened within 10 min. of a restart and the power level never got any lower than 70% while I was mowing. I've disabled both of those features and I'll try it again the next time I mow. I had it tucked in the storage bin of John Deere S170 riding mower. It was sitting on a pair of gloves in the bin, so it did have a little bit of cushion under it. I also had it in my back pocket while I was trimming and using the blower. So far, I'm not impressed. I really want to like this player and its a good size and lets me load all my music so I can change what I'm listening to while I'm mowing, we just have to see if its more trouble than the $50ish+ I paid for it....

Very nice (Oilsky 80GB MP3 Player with Bluetooth and WiFi)
Essentially a very nice, tiny Android tablet. It's running Android 9 (5Feb21) so far from the latest but perfectly adequate for the task. Device performance isn't snappy but also quite adequate. The 480x800 display is clear and bright. 2MB RAM, MT6750 SoC with 8 1.51GHz cores.I installed a few apps from the Play store without trouble, including maps which worked well. Loading up some audio files and books also went without a hitch. Audio playback via Bluetooth was flawless. This device goes to sleep quite aggressively and actually shuts down if left idle for too long. On the flip side, the battery does last very well.Although this features a USB-C charge port it cannot be used with USB-C chargers. USB-C PD power supplies were not triggered when connected. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included however and you can use pretty much any USB-A power source. (5V at up to 900mA.)The 80GB actually refers to 16GB onboard and 64GB on an included SD card.Includes a TPU case, two screen protectors (one pre-installed), headphones and a charge cable.
