2-Pack - General Pencil 5582BP Charcoal White Pencils 2/Pkg-2B

I bought a set of Charcoal pencils from my local art supply shop (from a different brand), and the white pencil seemed to barely deposit any color. The pencil was also difficult to use for some unknown reason. It simply didn't function the way I needed it to.Anyway, due to that brand not having the quality I wanted, I ended up researching who had some of the best Charcoal pencils and other artists recommended these. For me, General white Charcoal pencils are EVERYTHING and then SOME!!!!! They make me want to throw my other white Charcoal pencil in the trash.The pencil itself has a strong white Charcoal deposit, it never breaks on me, it's comfortable to hold, and does the job.... WELL. I included a portrait I'm drawing but I've been having trouble with so.....don't judge me!!!!🤭😅😆 But this portrait, I've been able to use my General white Charcoal pencils on places like the nose and eyes. Having a good quality pencil is super important. I'm sooooo happy I decided to give this brand a chance. I can't wait to try other pencils from this brand. I think I will try their black charcoal pencils next! Don't hesitate to buy these. You won't be disappointed. I guarantee it. Oh yeah AND, you basically get two brand new sharpened General pencils and and a small sharpener that comes along with it. Just get it. The price was decent and affordable as well.😊Now, back to working on my art...💫

Exactly as described. Shipped quickly.These are mid-priced if I remember correctly. They're easy to get a point on, not terribly brittle, and they color transfers to dark paper well. I'd say these are a pretty good value - compared to some others.I needed white for a detailed drawing and they're meeting my needs pretty well.No complaints.

These work really well, especially for shading in hand lettering and lettering on black canvas. Very smooth lines.

I use these General’s pencils (2 pack) for marking guidelines on the items I am painting. Washes off beautifully!

Great if you need a white to show more detail.

I was looking for a light colored pencil to draw layout lines on walnut. These pencils can draw rough markings but they are impossible to sharpen for fine layout work. The charcoal crumbles in the sharpener every time. For this price, I'll keep them for marking cut lines for the jigsaw and bandsaw, but I'll have to keep looking for a product that can draw fine lines for joinery.

These are one of my favorite white charcoal pencils I’ve ever tried. The included sharpener is great, regular graphite sharpeners tend to break the charcoal core but the one it comes with makes nice sharp points every time.
