Best cozy soup night vibes
There is something about this specific shape of noodle that is the more comforting and cozy for all soups! I use this every time. This brand holds up well in the fridge after cooking. Noodles don’t get too sticky or mush together like some brands. Highly recommend!

Not broad in any sense of the word.
While these are only 'broad' if you are comparing them to the width of a human hair, they are very good and easy to cook. Truly excellent in chicken soup. I very much like this brand, just not this particular shape.

They cooked up great. I did them al dente and added them to stock with Thanksgiving turkey, chopped leek and carrot.

A nice change of pace..
potatoes, rice, etc... egg noodles are a nice change. Like the little girl on the TV commercial, I too like buttered noodles. And you can do so much with them.. Add a little butter and italian parsley and you have a side dish. Add vegggies, meat, whatever and you have a one dish meal. The Yolkless are just as good as regular egg noodles just without the extra cholesterol and fat from the yolks.
