I got this tea because I needed something to help me flush everything out of my system. When I got it I was excited to try it out. It smells like "agua de piña natural" or flavored pineapple water. I started feeling it work about 20 min after I took it. It does not have a nasty taste or smell, (the tea) It tasted like pineapple and I used honey to sweeten it up. I like my stuff sweet. Well, when it started to work I felt "torsones" or lower stomach cramps and I had to go. This happened through out the rest of the afternoon and during the night. Ive been drinking it for a week already and the cramps are less painful. And what I eat the day before makes its way out the next day. I love it and I am very happy with it. I drink it in the am, that way I do my business through out the day and sleep at night, I like my sleep. Flavor is great Outcome great Drink it hot, tastes awesome. Add some honey to it. Definitely worth it.
