Better alternative
I bought this as an alternative because my usual product was unavailable. This turned out to be better in regard to quality and value for my money. I get almost 3x more vials for my money.

Good product
The saline leaves my vision really clear. The is no irritation so far. There isn't enough in the container and the container I think needs a different design.

Do not recommend
I had used nutrifill until it was recalled by tangible science. The company recommended tangible fill as an alternative. I got it from amazon as I needed it sooner than tangible science could deliver it. The first time I used it for sceleral lens filling, it burned my eyes. My eyes were constantly draining and by day 4 they were red, puffy, and had discharge. I stopped using it, but needed a prescription for my eyes to heal. Unfortunately I missed the return window on amazon, but will reach out to the company to let them know of my experience with the product. I started a new lens fill product from a different company and have had no issues.
