Great, inexpensive spinner! I purchased two of them because I liked the design on both sides. I can turn them however I need to so I can spin them both if needed or turn them where I don't spin them if I'm not in need. They are easy to spin and maneuver. Also, very comfortable. I have changed the sizes a few times to fit different fingers and make it easier for me to fidget with them as needed. They are harder to bend than cheap adjustable rings are. They hold their shape well once you have them the way you want them. They are quite shiny and very pretty. They come with a cleaning cloth and pouch to help stay ahead of tarnish. So far though, I haven't had any problems with that. For the price, you really can't beat this ring. I wear a size 8 on my ring finger and wear these on my middle fingers just above the knuckles, making it easy to spin the balls this my thumbs. I used to wear spinners on my thumbs, this is so much better.

Cute ring. I don't know about the anti anxiety factor. My biggest problem is adjusting the size and keeping the bottom of the ring in place. But overall, I do like the look of it.

The quality is very nice and the size adaptability makes it easy to switch fingers.

It’s smaller than I thought and I thought the ring would be thicker. Looked bigger on the site. I’ll keep it but wouldn’t recommend it really.
