Q: What is this made out of?

This product is a concentrated mixture of many nutrients that are critical to your tree's health and production ability including the main macronutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, but also crucial trace minerals like zinc, iron and more.

Q: Is it safe to apply where kids and pets will be around?

Yes, as long as you dilute the product with water as directed, areas you apply the product to will not pose any harm to kids or pets!

Q: I’m a beginner, is this hard to use?

No! This is a great place to start if you’re on the beginning of your fruit tree growing journey. There's no risk it will harm your trees if you dilute it properly and it’s really easy to use.

Q: When in the growth cycle should I start applying?

Start applying when the tree exits dormancy and continue until it bears fruit. For best results, switch to a lower-nitrogen formula (like Farmer’s Secret Fruit and Bloom or similar), though it's also fine to use this throughout the growth cycle.

Q: How much do I apply per tree?

For trees in their first two seasons, use up to five teaspoons per week. For mature trees, use up to 10 teaspoons per week.

Q: How often do I apply? Does the weekly dose need to be applied in one watering?

We recommend applying weekly but that doesn't mean the full dose needs to be applied in one watering. You could do multiple waterings or if you are using an irrigation system, you might apply slowly over the course of the week.

Q: Can this product only be used on Fruit Trees?

Although the formula is optimized for use on fruit trees, the nutrients in the product are beneficial for just about any trees or plants you have in your garden. Neighboring plants getting some of the feed is not an issue at all.

Q: Is it safe to eat fruit produced from trees fed with this product?

Yes, absolutely. Everything in this product is from naturally occurring substances that are already present in the soil and being used by your trees. There is nothing in the product that trees (and humans) don’t consume on an everyday basis.
