This was the only pen that I could find that was listed to work with my version of the Dell Latitude (7389) so I was a little hesitant to believe that it would work but it does very nicely! Even has a great pressure sensor to change line width. This pen was one of the more affordable ones that I could find and definitely worth the money, at least for my laptop model specifically. Battery percentage is displayed on Bluetooth menu so you can tell how long before it runs out which is really nice, other pens I have had didn’t do that. Product also shipped really fast and was here the first estimated day (I have prime).

Received a PN556W instead, but it's compatible with Latitude 7390 2-in-1
The box came with a manual, lanyard to loop the stylus to your laptop, 2 cell batteries, and one AAAA battery needed to use the pen. Followed the manual to put the batteries in correctly.Initially, I went to Dell's website download the driver for the PN557W, but the pen wasn't reacting to pressure at all. Only then did I realize that the pen actually had PN556W written on it! So I downloaded PN556W pen driver from Dell's website, and now the pressure sensitivity works! I did purchase this with the intention of drawing digitally with the pen, so pressure sensitivity was really important for me.Good thing the PN556W is compatible with my Latitude 7390 2-in-1 laptop!

Got for my daughter to do art on a school laptop
She uses it to do art with a school laptop, its not the best but it does the trick for what she wanted it for. There is no pressure sensitivity but it has otherwise good accurate.

Great!
Very precise and works wonderfully with my dell laptop. It took a minute to figure out how to get it to power on but once I did it was perfect. Easy to pair and navigate.

total crap
I had bought this stylus ahead of my laptop, had to wait for it to arrive to test it out. It did not work at all. The only pairing is with the top portion of the pen, which acts as a quick link to an app, totally useless. It requires 2 different types of batteries, and the tip does not work at all on the 2-in-1 dell latitude. very disappointed
