Father Brown: Season Twelve (DVD)

Have watched since the beginning. Have always liked this show, but the last couple of years with Mrs. McCarthy was getting a little slow and redundant. And I never really liked Inspector Mallery after the first couple seasons he was on. Turned his character into a buffoon over time.Mrs. Devine & Brenda AND course the return of Inspector Sullivan have helped to breath new life into this show. Of course always lead admirably by THE Father Brown , who also has a new freshness.Yes, the first season with the new cast had some growing pains, but this season was one of the best. We watched it twice back to back!. I loved seeing Flambeau and of course, Lady Felicia .... Although It would be nice to have a visit from Sid and Mrs. McCarthy one day.

Love Father Brown-was delighted to see the 12th season! The cast and crew were as always delightful and fun to watch.

No cast changes coming back or leaving. Good stories. Mrs Divine and the inspector get closer to marriage. I hope they don't cancel this show anytime soon.

still not in love with new cast, but stories are just interesting enough to keep me invested....Father Brown and Lady Felicia are favorites and happy they're still i in the cast
