Incredible Origami: 95 Amazing Paper-Folding Projects, includes Origami Paper

This book is great! I'm an adult with next to no origami experience, and the instructions can be frustrating at first, but once you get the basic maneuvers down, evrything clicks. And let's be real, there's only so much that they can convey with pictures and text. I've owned this book for a day, and the picture included is all the stuff I've made. I was surprised that every animal I've made so far can stand on its own, even the giraffe, which has literal points for feet!The projects are pretty varied. They have a lot of animals (birds, domesticated, dinosaurs, and wild animals), a little too many clothing projects if you ask me, and a section for gifts that look like cute stuff kids could make for their parents or eachother (picture frames, boxes, pencil holders). The instructions can be frustratingly vague sometimes, but can be figured out with a few attempts and some patience. Everything has colored diagrams and written out instructions. I haven't had to look at outside sources for help, so the book has to be doing something right, haha. Also, bonus points for including paper that's colored on one side and white on the other! It makes the instructions easier to follow, since you can tell what the front and back is, and I feel like it gives the projects more dimension.Overall, I would recommend this for kids and adult beginners. The easy stuff can definitely be done by little kids, and the "hard" stuff will be fun for older kids. As an adult, this book is a good jumping off point into the world of origami, which I use as a way to de-stress by doing something with my hands and unplugging from the outside world.

Amazing. I absolutely love this book. Directions are so easy to follow. I’m a school psychologist and my kids love it. I also got into it. Came home and made a forest with my daughter. She loves it.

This is great for 2nd graders. Directions are easy to follow, and paired with a pack of paper, it makes a great gift.

Book just came in. Definitely the best bargain on an oragami book I've came across. Directions are clear and it is visually appealing. There is plenty of stuff to make in here! 95 sounds like a lot, but seeing them all feels like more. Definently best bang for your buck. It comes with some paper, but I'm not going to use it, I just bought it for the book. Doesn't come with much paper. Should buy some separately

I really like this book. Clear directions are simple enough for my 7 year old to follow independently. Major downside was that "comes with paper" meant it came with 25-30 sheets... :/

Great book with pretty easy to follow instructions and illustrations. No issues with it at all. Lots of designs to choose from and different levels. Easy, Medium and Hard. I appreciate that they included so many different options. I like the little plastic pocket for the paper too. It comes with a few sheets so you might as well buy some more at the same time. Its nice to be able to stuff more paper in that pocket for taking the book on trips.

This book starts off by explaining many types of folds and bases which is great for those just starting out. Some “easy” projects are easier than others, but they are a great place to practice before moving on to the medium then hard projects. Great variety. Something I wish I had a known before purchase: 90 of the 256 pages are devoted to clothing which we will probably not make. Still a good book.

My 10 year old son loves this book and can figure out most instructions on his own. But I have a harder time with it. I feel like there are sometimes steps missing.

My origami-mad 9 year old loves this book, there are projects for all kinds of level - beginner, moderate, advanced. Its well set out and easy to follow.
