Better than I anticipated based on price.
Has held up through about 8 international flights so far, which is impressive for the price point. Nice, large interior. Rolls well. Have packed this bag to the brim and zippers haven't busted yet.

Quick purchase for weekend getaway
So my old Adidas duffel bag finally broke, and my 4 day cruise was coming up so the price was right and pulled the trigger on it and I have to say I like it better than the old one it just works the bottom is solid the wheels seems to be good the handle and straps holds the 40 something lbs I put in it,my only concern would be the zipper on the long run not the best quality but it got the beating from 3 different airlines with layover,so I guess I can't complain I will definitely buy it again,if you are a regular traveler no so sure is your best option.I just go once a year to Canada and once a year to Florida and this bag just works for me .

Sturdy and good value for the price
The wheels are sturdy, but the bag will not sit upright without falling on its topside. Plenty of room, and nice and compact when empty. The small front pouch lining did rip soon after purchase, but the rest of the lining has held up.

Good for travelling with gear
This does not handle like a wheeled suitcase but it serves a different purpose - think hockey bag on 2 wheels. So it will probably NOT stand up vertically on the wheeled bottom but you might be able to lean it against something. Its main advantage in my opinion is that it allows you to travel with heavy or bulky items in something that is less awkward than a suitcase with the same capacity - in fact I don’t think a normal suitcase can provide the same capacity. I found it great for a ski holiday - I was able to put my ski boots and my snow gear in it, plus a week’s worth of clothing, toiletries, etc., and could have gotten a lot more in there. Not all airlines have the same policies for luggage but in my case, it meant paying only for one checked bag (under the 50-lb limit) and being able to lug the duffle onto buses myself. The fabric and zippers do not feel super durable, the handle action is not super smooth - but this bag was ideal for my purposes. Would be great also for a long-distance move or sending a kid to camp or college.

Heavy Duty and Spacious
I always buy Dakine luggage, however their quality has severely declined. I needed a large suitcase and this one has not disappointed. It is well made and I can handle heavy items. The zippers are excellent and it is truly waterproof. I did put it outside in the sun for two days to let it off gas- most people wouldn't even notice but I'm sensitive to chemical smells of any sort. The two days did the trick. I highly recommend this piece of luggage!

Possible weakness in construction
I purchased this duffel bag in order to carry some items that were too long for a bag I have been using for several years. When I retrieved this bag from baggage claim at the airport, I noticed that one of the corners was damaged (see pictures). Either the material tore or there was not enough material wrapped around the corner to make it secure. There was no other sign of damage even though the bag was carrying over 40 pounds. This may have been a construction problem, I could not determine that. I was reasonably pleased with the bag. Unfortunately, I now have to wrap the corner with some very strong tape for our return home and then dispose of it.
