I was not expecting much out of this tablet because it is a children's tablet and is on the lower side of pricing as far as tablets go. I was expecting, however, for this tablet to last more than 4 months. The problems first began when I opened it. It would freeze and then shut off. I didn't think much of it since it is for my child and we just turned it back on. Then it just went downhill from there. Now the tablet will not charge. The one thing I absolutely love about this tablet though is the family link that you can use. I can control their screen time right from my phone and I know if they are downloading anything.

Not sure where to start. This thing is sloooooow. Takes a while to start up and for apps to open. Battery life sucks. The buttons are in place so the kid can easily touch them and close out the app they were using. I'm only giving 2 stars because it was dropped multiple times and kept working. Pay a lil more and get a better tablet that is faster and has a bigger battery.

This tablet doesn’t keep a charge for very long. And the charger that came with it doesn’t even charge it. So we bought a new charger and it literally takes all night for it to charge to 100% just for it to last maybe an hour at the most. It shuts off by itself all the time. It takes forever to load anything. Would not purchase this! I would return it but we threw out the charger that didn’t work! Stupid mistake on our part! I wouldn’t even give this one star, it was a complete waste of money! It’s useless!!

I just got this tablet for my daughter she dropped the gift as she was opening it and the screen is messed up already ! I would like some info to contact the seller and can’t seem to find anything it would be great if they would just send her a new tablet as they have others considering she never even got to play on it because of the screen I don’t know how to contact them I thought it would be a good gift for her because it said it was sturdy and pretty much drop proof and that’s not true at all ! Be eve please make this right !

Granddaughter didn't like it.Super slow, quit working trying to run just 1 program. Don't buy this product.

I love the fact that OI was able to register the device in this order. All the features it offers to give the child a variety of skills,and games.Thank you for the upgrade Vision

Broke within a week

So I bought two of these tablets for my kids so they could use in the car, the battery life is horrible the only use them to watch their videos and one of them keeps turning off even with a full charged battery
