Gerber Baby Boys' 2 Pack Thermal Blankets

Even after washing them, they are a bit rough in texture. I was expecting them to be softer after washing. They aren't the first blanket I grab for my baby due to this.

These are great but are smaller than I expected. We were looking to replace another Gerber waffle knit blanket and these were the same material but a different size. Too small for a good swaddle.

I used these thermal blankets for both of my kids (I've purchased several two-packs). I like them because they are soft, stretchable, and relatively thin. It held my boys snugly and made them feel secure so they would sleep easily. It was stretchable enough for them to move around in a little bit, so they never felt trapped.I tried some non-Gerber branded thermal blankets, and although they were also of good quality, they didn't get as soft as the Gerber, and they had less "stretchability."My youngest son loves these blankets. In fact, once when he was getting to take a nap in his crib, I handed him a non-Gerber blanket. He pulled himself up by the rails of his crib (he was just beginning to want to walk) and threw the blanket out of the crib! No joke! He only wants the Gerber thermal blankets. He is the end-user of the product and a very satisfied end-user at that. It makes no sense for me to buy anything else, since the non-Gerber brands just kind of sit in the drawer or are tossed on the floor and forgotten about by my son.

Not soft at all! I bought these because my son's was falling apart. I bought him 2 more and they have washed them probably 20 times with plenty of fabric softener to try and make them softer, with no luck.

I got these as a gift for a dear friend's baby boy. My own daughter has the girly ones and we absolutely love them. The material is breathable, soft and durable. They are warm enough if a kid needs to be covered up, but are also cool enough to use year-round. My daughter has four that we rotate between and for the last 18 months has loved them so hard, you would expect them to be in tatters, but after a good wash, they still look great. When she was little, we were able to swaddle her in them.When I got these from Amazon, I was really impressed by the colors and how soft they were. The blues are really cheerful and bright, but not too bright - I found the striped one especially calming. Actually, maybe I'm just overtired, but these blankets seemed so soft and inviting that I almost wanted to cuddle up with them myself! I think my friend appreciated the gift, though!

These Gerber Thermal Blankets are very well made. Sturdy stitching and soft fabric are a great combination when the item will get washed heavily over its lifetime. The colors are very vibrant and have stayed true through several trips through the laundry. They are a good size for swaddling on cold days, or layering on warm ones. They aren't bulky, so they would make a great addition to the diaper bag as well. I don't hesitate to put this directly against my baby's skin because the fabric is so soft and cushiony. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of the blankets. These are a great addition to any mom's blanket stash!

I ordered this set along with the blue set of blankets, they shipped and arrived two days sooner than I expected and I was texted the day it came! I got similar blankets from a friend and was trying to find blankets made of similar material, these were absolutely perfect. They are warm, but breathable so they are great for cool weather. My son also likes to be able to kick, but remain swaddled. With these blankets he can kick to his heart's desire and the blanket doesn't budge! They are also really durable and wash very well, I am definitely going to order more!

I ordered this blankets for my new born baby boy! They are cute, just too thin and bit small! IM still happy with the purchase as w used them really well - not what I expected in the beginning but still!
