Mongoose Beast Men's Fat Tire Bicycle

Love this thing. even the seat on this is comfortable which i was not expecting being a "bmx"-ish bike, it looks like a bmx seat but it's nicely padded. mine being the single-speed it is a little hard to pedal at times, it has an 18tooth sprocket, i plan to do as someone on utub adviced go with a 20T or such. i just upped my roadbike's 16T with an 18T and it made a big difference(improvement) so i expect the same with this; that is the only thing i feel a need to change on the bike - sprocket upped to a 20T or so. the bike is excellent, looks cool, is fun to ride, feels like it'll roll over anything.

This bike is just awesome, heavy but still awesome. It was promised about a week before I get it but it came in 4 days early (3day delivery ). Easy to put together, no damages, scratches, no missing parts. Came just as directed and specified. Very pleased to own one of these fat tire bikes.

A heavy bike that gives you a work out. For individuals that want to maximize their exercise regime this is the bike for you. Not a bike for hills and long range riding.

Ok so the good. Its exactly what I wanted, a fat tire bike to cruise my area. Yes it is somewhat heavy and you will notice slopes as you ride but its not as hard to pedal as some have made out. And at 25 psi the thing goes plenty fast on asphalt. All bearing were properly greased after checking as well.So the bad. The split for the bike seat stem was too narrow. This prevented tightening the stem enough to prevent the seat from dropping down. I wrapped black athletic tape around mine and have had no problems with the seat suddenly dropping. I've read this is a fairly common defect among bikes so just be prepared with a way to deal with it if your stem is like this.

This is probably the best bike I've owned in my life and probably my current favorite of all time, in my favorite color. It does everything I want or need it to and with fat, powerful tires, it won't pop easily and will likely last me a lifetime. (Or so I hope!)This one is happily fun to ride and I get a lot of exercise one it.My only complaints so far are the small handlebar, which likes to come a bit loose sometimes and not say in place and that the seat is pretty uncomfortable for males for obvious reasons as well as a bit too stuff and hard for your butt. This might've lowered it to a 4 star rating if the bike wasn't so fun to ride, ha ha!

Despite the low price it's a good bicycle! I love it! Heavy yes, but if you exercise daily, have strong muscles it's not a bid deal. I am a girl, but absolutely love this bad boy bike~ ) Its my third bike. I own hybrid and mountain bicycles, and can say this one is my favorite! Great off road! Only negative is a sit. Its hard and small. I ordered on Amazon new gel padded one and a bit bigger.~ )

Ok so know what your buying it's not a road bike. That being said its so fun and I ride it longer then I should for 158.00 bucks you can't go wrong I have a new rear sprocket and new chain 22teeth rear gear really helps for rides with my daughter and wife

My 15-year-old nephew is extremely happy with his bike. It arrived yesterday and required assembly. He was able to put it together himself in about 30 minutes then immediately had to take it for a test ride. This bike has a lot of weight to it and a sturdy frame. It is a bit minimalistic compared to a lot of bikes on the market. It is a single speed bike. It doesn't have multiple speed options or special brakes in the handle. But the minimalism means you can customize the bike a lot easier.
