Was the wrong stuff need it for cooking
When it turned up looked good until I had cooked with it actually I infuse with it and after a day it was braking down so read the label and it says not for cooks so a bit of waste of time Hay ho

Organic and 100% from Coconut
Very high quality C8 C10 mct oil. Organic and 100% from coconut. I would have rated this product 5 out of 5, however my bottles were under filled. Tiana did not offer reimbursement of the missing amount when contacted. Great quality oil though!

Not the best
I use mct oil on regular basis . I went for this but i started to be suspicious as i was pouring it . It felt so light density . It caused me stomachs pain and runny bowels. Returned for refund .
