Il tanto bistrattato Estathé, considerato dai salutisti o dai radical chic una porcheria tanto quanto la Nutella, ma andando ad informarsi poi si scopre che tanto porcheria non è.... Innanzitutto bevo l'Estathé da sempre ed è strabuono, ovviamente la presenza di zuccheri in quantità superiori ad altri tè lo rende molto più piacevole, ma ha il vantaggio di essere privo di coloranti, conservanti e glutine. E' stato il primo tè freddo prodotto in Italia in modo industriale nel 1972, tutti gli altri, anche quelli molto famosi sono arrivati dopo! Le foglie di the Ferrero le coltiva in in Oriente, in Sri Lanka, India e Cina; vengono selezionate e raccolte a mano, esposte all’aria per una essicazione naturale e trasportate in Italia in appositi sacchi anti umidità, nel nostro paese vengono analizzate, infuse in acqua calda a 96° per la durata di 5 minuti ed il tutto poi lasciato raffreddare fino a 10°, così nasce Estathé. Viene prodotto in diverse varianti: - Classic: Limone/Pesca. - Zero: Limone/Pesca. - Bio: Limone Bio/The Verde Bio/Pesca Bio. - Deteinato: Limone/Pesca. - Infusion Mix: The Verde Menta e Lime/The Nero Salvia e Agrumi/The Nero Zenzero e Limone. - Ghiaccioli: Limone/Pesca. Per il mio gusto personale la storica versione Classic al limone è la più buona ed imbattibile. Gli ingredienti sono: (acqua, the nero), zucchero, succo di limone in polvere reidratato (0,2%), esaltatore di sapidità (acido ascorbico), aromi, acidificante (acido citrico). In una porzione da 100 ml troviamo 8,9 g di zuccheri, Energia 153 KJ / 36 kcal. E' reperibile sul mercato in svariati formati: - Brick con cannuccia da 20 cl. - Bottiglia di vetro da 25 cl. - Bottiglia di plastica da 33 cl. - Lattina di alluminio da 33 cl. - Bottiglia di plastica da 40 cl. - Bottiglia di plastica da 1,5 L. Il mio formato preferito è la bottiglia in vetro ma non è facilmente reperibile, ma qualsiasi sia il formato scelto l'importante è sempre agitare leggermente la bottiglia prima di bere poichè alcuni ingredienti tendono a posizionarsi sul fondo. La bottiglia in questione acquista qui su Amazon nel mese di giugno 2021 riportava una data di scadenza di aprile 2022. Mi auguro di esservi stato utile.
