Certainly for us Jentschura 7 x 7 Alkaherb Herbal Tea has not only reduced but stopped the arthritic problem that was stopping the holding of a pen let alone being able to paint or draw. Now able to paint and draw quite freely with no problem. We have recommended Jentschura 7 x 7 Alkaherb Herbal Tea to several friends who have found it helped. We have one cup of tea every day.

What’s happened to my favourite tea?
I have been using this tea for over 20 years and it has never tasted so bitter. The tea is also very ‘dusty’. What has gone wrong with it?
1. Use one tablespoon of AlkaHerb herbal tea to a litre of water or use one level teaspoon for a cup of tea. 2. Put the desired amount of herb mixture in a teapot and pour boiling water over it. 3. Stir briefly and allow the tea to steep for approx. 3-5 minutes. 4. Pour it through a tea strainer. 5. Initially, drink two cups of AlkaHerb herbal tea daily. 6. In the long term, drink 1/2 - 1 litre of AlkaHerb herbal tea daily. 7. Drink enough water, 1.5 times the quantity of tea you drink per day.
