Frankenbread but yummy!
It’s Franken bread but good for what it is! This lasts for weeks in my fridge. It’s soft and squishy in sandwiches which is not always my preference, but for a quick almond butter sandwich is perfect.

Great bread!
Very good bread. I love that it has a high protein content. I would like it if they would make a smaller loaf, because two slices of this bread makes a very large sandwich.

great way to make your bread COUNT for protein
Love that this is contrubuting to my protein needs and not just starch / sugar. Tasty and does not overwhelm other flavors.
