What does a 'height' of 8 feet mean? That it can range from 0 - 8 feet, or from 0 - 4? Not sure if 8' is the total length of the strap, or 16'

As this is not a regular cam buckle straps and it doesn't have to fold to half in order to work, the 8ft strap can give you a workout range from few inches away the anchor point to 8ft away in increment of 4 inches per step. Meaning, if you have an 8ft high anchor point, the rings can go all the way till the floor.
