New life for an old shovel
Once upon a time, there was an old all-metal shovel. Even the D handle had a metal bar, rather than a wood one. This was one sturdy shovel!! But, alas, the grip was long gone (if there'd ever been one). The old shoveler's efforts to wrap the handle with various types of tape were not successful - the handle was NOT comfy! Worse, all the stickum from the tape stuck to dirt and it was an all around mess. And then, along came this wonderful purple grip tape! Wrap wrap wrap! One roll made a perfect fat grip for the old shovel. Now the old shoveler and the old shovel are a productive team again. YAY!

BEWARE Green picture looks like Forest Green. Nope, its light florescent green.
I have to use this tape on several things. I chose the Dark Green as shown in the picture so it isn't noticeable hiking in the woods. Uhm, this is light florescent green and will be a beacon to everyone, man, bear, wolf, or sasquatch.Aside from the color, it works like a champ. I get BattlBox outdoor survival subscription box and in July 2020 box is a very nice Greenland pattern Condor large hatchet. I would normally give things away I cant use or doesn't fit to family & friends. The shaft on this hatchet is definitely made for man sized hands but no way am I giving this beauty away. I will just look like a goof-ball until I can order this tape from somewhere else where I can be sure to get the right color. It sure gives me a good grip though. I can always throw these it in my med kit.

but it easily came off and I was able to re-tape it
Bought this for the handle/top of my hockey sticks, it does the job when new but it wears quickly and starts to get ratty/old fast. The tape itself is not very sticky so I wrapped the bottom of the handle with cloth hockey tape to hold it in place. After about 5 games I could tell the tape was getting worn down, but it easily came off and I was able to re-tape it. Not a bad option if you don't mind re-taping your handle as often as you re-tape your blade, but I'll probably go back to regular hockey tape once the 3-pack I got runs out. I've found that one roll is enough to tape roughly 3 hockey stick handles.

Not as Advertised
This is NOT tape suitable for sporting equipment. Tape only sticks to itself, and doesn't do even that well enough to stay on something that gets heavy use (baseball bat, hockey stick, etc). If you're looking for vet wrap style bandaging, this is perfect.Unfortunately does not function as advertised. Can't return, because no UPS within a 150 mile radius and they won't let me ship it back as a return through USPS or any other way.

Cushy!
Needed something to put some grip on our new wheel barrow handles, because they kept sliding out of our hands. This tape added a nice gripe, as well as some welcome cushion. No need to wear gloves with this! It's been on the wheel barrow (that we use frequently) for a few weeks and is holding up well. Interested to see how it holds up for the long term

Color was very different from picture!
I ordered the green tape. The product picture makes it look like a deep avocado green, almost green-black, which is what I wanted. It's so bright it's almost fluorescent. Rolls on well (although the 2-inch width means you have to be really careful to avoid wrinkles), seems to stick well, feels good on my hands. I don't know about durability yet, but so far, so good.

Good for Barbell Gripping
Was looking for something to wrap around a plain black painted barbell (ie, not a knurled chrome plated bar). I found that one roll per hand grip area to be perfect. At first I was concerned over the apparent lack of lots of adhesive would mean it wouldn't stick but the tape sticks to itself just fine and does not transfer to your hands. Bravo.

Sticks to itself not the stick
The tape is exactly like the tape they use after you donate blood. It does self adhere but it also comes off easily if/when you want it to. It does not adhere directly to a surface, it adheres to itself, but if you wrap it tightly in layers it works just fine. I was looking for something a bit more sticky for my purposes but value for money is good.
