Premium protein powder
I use protein powder daily and I have tried many brands. I use 100% egg white powder to avoid dairy and cholesterol. I don't want any chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, sweeteners, sugar, or artificial colors in my food either. I mix it in a shake with almond milk (I used to use rice milk but rice has elevated arsenic levels) with natural flavors and frozen fruit... which pretty much makes any protein powder palatable. This is my favorite. The taste is great, it mixes up easy, and it is easy to handle the powder. The cheapest egg protein powder is sometimes from Now (the price varies a lot), and it works fine, but is a very fine powder that easily puts a dust cloud into the air so you breath it. Also Now, as far as I was able to determine, I believe probably uses eggs from China. Who knows what they feed the chickens, there have been problems with eggs there before. MRM makes a good product that is good tasting and less expensive and Healthy N' Fit is fine too and even less expensive. However, I don't know the source of the eggs for those products. These eggs come, I believe, from GMO free farms in the USA which has standards for what they can feed or inject the chickens, and the standards are more likely to be followed than in China. So I am willing to pay the considerably higher price for better handling and flavor, and the extra food chain security, but any of the protein powders probably have the same nutritional value and some are much less expensive.Actually right now for 100% egg protein this plain version in 6 pound size is economical. There may other slightly cheaper brands but this is far more palatable, dissolves very well, and comes in a foil rather than a plastic (think estrongic-activity toxic leaching) container.

This is amazing protein powder so far
This is amazing protein powder so far! I have used the beef isolate one from Julian bakery but I am trying to cut out most red meat because of digestion issues so this one was my next try and wow it's yummy and instantly made me feel full! I just mixed it with unsweetened almond/ coconut milk and it tasted amazing. Some reviews claiming it was "too sweet" are bizarre to me because I don't have a sweet tooth at all but this is NOT too sweet. It's just right and not over powerful chocolately so you can add other things like berries or nut butter and it will still taste amazing. So happy I found this and 2 pounds of high quality protein powder for 60$ is actually a very fair and good deal. Try getting a HIGH quality piwder at gnc and let me know how that works LOL!

This powder is great! I was looking for a good protein powder ...
This powder is great! I was looking for a good protein powder that didn't have extra processed ingredients in it, didn't have a ton of carbs, and had a high protein count, and this fit that perfectly. One scoop gives you just a good punch of protein and that's it, no other stuff. The chocolate flavor is very good and rich, not ashy or fake tasting like some powders. One word of caution though. I use protein powder to make overnight oats and then I microwave them in the morning at work. If you put anything with this powder in the microwave for too long, the egg whites start to solidify and make a sponge texture, as egg whites do when you cook them normally. This is ok for pancakes, cakes, etc, but for oatmeal, I didn't really want a solid cake type situation. Problem solved though with microwaving for a minute, stirring, repeat until cooked. Definitely will buy again and try more flavors!

Good product but too sweet.
I tried this one because I loved the plain (unflavored) egg white protein and it was great with a little cocoa powder added so I figured this would be perfect. It is pretty good but a little too much "stevia" taste for me personally (fake sugary/sweet). I think I will stick with the plain egg white protein and add my cocoa powder and coconut sugar instead. It is a good product with good ingredients but I felt the flavor left something to be desired.

Out of all the proteins I have tried, this wins. I won’t be going back
I have tried so many protein powders, just countless. But none come close to this one based on chocolate flavor, texture and consistency, cost, and diet friendliness (basically paleo, vegetarian, and whole 30 friendly). It’s basically egg whites, stevia, and cocoa but the consistency is smooth and silky with a rich chocolate flavor. I use my nutribullet and mix a scoop with vanilla almond milk, half frozen banana, and some chia seeds and sometimes blue or blackberries. It’s not grainy like some vegetarian protein powders and it doesn’t make me bloated like the whey or bigger brands. This is worth a try. I bought another egg white protein brand to compare but this one beats it in flavor. I won’t be going back.

Yep, taste changed
Like some other recent reviews mentioned, our last 2 bags were different. Two bags ago, the packaging was silver with a small label. Since the packaging had changed, I checked the nutrition label and found that it was different. But it still tasted good. The next bag was like the old packaging, but it tasted terrible. It has a weird aftertaste that reminds me of coffee, but that's not quite it. I can't drink it. I contacted Julian Bakery and explained that I've been using this exact product 5 days a week for a year and the taste is different. They claimed the formula hasn't changed and the powder is exactly the same.Fortunately, they refunded my money (I bought it on Amazon and gave them the Amazon order number). It's disappointing that it tastes so bad now. I don't like most protein shakes because they're too thick or have dairy or whey in them. It'll take a long time to find a replacement.

Best protein powder ever
I've been making morning shakes with these for at least 3 years - and it is consistently amazing. No aftertaste, high protein, great chocolate taste. My two step process: cold water and 3 handfuls of spinach. Blend. Add protein powder. Blend again. Fabulous! Way to start the day knowing you got your protein and a lot of greens and fiber. And it's only 5am! TIP: I use the 'Oster My Blend' sports bottle blender, so I have only the smoothie bottle to wash. Genius.
