I use it when making cold process soap and lotions. It works well for those purposes.

This product is OK, but taste less like honey than granulated honey does. The texture is chalky (which I assume is related to the corn maltodextrin). It definitely dissolves easily, but doesn't taste as great in lemonade or iced tea as honey or granulated honey.

It’s sweet, it not too sweet. I combined it with some spices to make a sweet and spicy barbecue rub. It can burn if put on meat and cooked at a high heat. Dissolves well when used as a sweetener.

Other reviewers have said this is sweet but not too sweet. I don't get that at all. I switched to honey powder a year or so ago (liquid honey is too messy for travel, which I do a lot). Unfortunately, the other brand is no longer available. I tried this as an alternative because the listed ingredients are identical. But the taste is nothing the same, this clearly contains more maltodextrin than honey. It may be a good mix for tapioca but it is not a viable source of honey. Unfortunately, the product is not returnable.

good product

I needed honey powder without sugar added and this was what I could find. I have a friend who is allergic to sugar but honey can sometimes be hard to get out of measuring cups so I wanted to try honey powder. It worked Great for pie pastry!

IT'S NOT SWEET

This is pretty amazing. You can have honey in a powder form to use in your coffee when travelling away from home. Just mix it with some powdered cream, then add it in for a perfectly sweetened creamy coffee when you are away from home.
