Great product but couldn't use
Product is good and fresh. Good quality. I wanted to continue this for my interstitial cystitis flares, but it dropped my blood sugar too much. Be wary if you tend to be hypoglycemic.

Helped my digestion and IC!
This has helped calm my interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome) and also as a bonus helped with my random digestion issues. I take it at least once a day but usually twice a day. I definitely notice a difference when I don’t take it.

Works
I take this product because my bladder has developed a sensitivity to acidic foods. Marshmallow root coats my digestive system with a barrier that soothes the irritation from acidic foods. Doesn't cure the problem but surely makes life easier.

I use marshmallow root for a medical condition. These are perfect. They are a little big for some people. The quality of the marshmallow root is perfect. Other brands did not have the same effect.

If your on a prescription ask a doctor first.
***warning*** make sure if you’re taking any medication check with your doctor before taking this. I made the mistake of not checking and within a week and a half my medication was rendered useless. It took over a week for my medication to work fully again. I had a hard go of it. Yes it worked for my digestive track but my other medical issues flared to an all time high and it was miserable. Moral of my experience is that it works but it’s really for people not taking medication.
