Beautiful toaster (I bought red), easy to use and is pretty accurate. I like the fact that you can put things in there to just reheat, not toast again. Like Eggo waffles you can toast them and if they get cold while you make your eggs you can just warm them again and they don't toast (crisp) again. A little learning curve, but after you get the hang of it, it's easy (I'm 64, so seniors, don't let this stop you). And it looks very attractive on the counter top.

This is absolutely the best toaster I’ve ever had! We had never seen anything like it before, thought about it for 3 days before buying it, and now I’m so glad we decided to get it. The fact that you can choose your bread & choose the darkness/toasty-ness level…and for each side!…is amazing. The display pictures of how dark you want your bread is accurate for how your toast comes out. It’s got memory function, a visual digital timer so you know how much time is left (perfect when you’re getting your coffee ready while the toast is cooking!), and even a rewarm feature in case you didn’t get to your toast in time while it’s still warm. The screen clears out after a while and the unit as a whole looks really nice. Most importantly, it toasts perfectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. Now it does seem like a hefty price for a toaster (the most I’ve ever paid for one for sure, I completely get it!) BUT it is absolutely worth every dime. There is nothing negative at all I can say about it and I’m sure you’ll be just as happy with it as we are.

We originally bought the same toaster but four slice. It did not toast uniformly as the ends would lightly toast while the middle would burn. After returning that one we ordered this one. It does a great job and since each opening is just for one piece of bread, it cooks evenly. Very happy with it. A little pricey but it looks good too.

Love it 4 slice toaster works great, had it a couple months now. It's pretty balanced on toasting, I've tried frozen waffles, came out pretty good. Nice addition to my kitchen, looks great, works great, well worth the money. Very easy to use, I didn't need the instructions, you can look at it and figure it out. As far as speed goes, just depends on how brown you want it, I had no problem with the speed on toasting. Good buy

The toaster toasts very nicely and evenly, and has many different options like waffle, English muffin, bagels and different types of bread. I tried sourdough, bagels and whole grain bread, all toasted great! The reason for 4 stars was when the toaster arrived it had a large dent in back, and one of the levers would not depress and stay depressed to toast. However, the vendor and amazon were very responsive, and rapidly sent me a replacement, and it works perfectly! I am very happy with the replacement, no complaints.

I love this thing. It works incredibly well as long as you follow the unboxing instructions and do a preheat before using it. It does stink when you first do it and it may smell up your house. I do recommend finding an outlet outside if you do to prevent your house from smelling, but since I've done that, it works amazing. I love the custom options for cook time and different breads that you can cook in it. I also love the one slice option. Sometimes I'm just cooking for myself and love that I can just toss a single slice in.

Bought for a Christmas gift and they just love all of the features and it being touch screen

I think it's a good toaster but not worthy of the high price. I like all the selection options but I don't see a big difference in the light to dark selections . It could be better lower price points would make it a better buy
