Q: How long before you see results?

Work on my feet all day and I felt results within the first few days!

Q: Are these good for high arches and plantar fascist? Do you place these in sneakers without taking shoe insert out?

These were great for my high arches. I don't have plantar fasciitis, sorry I can't say. They helped overall though with my foot pain. I put them straight in to my shoes without taking the original insoles out. I would transfer them into whatever shoe I wore. My only complaint about them was that they seemed to wear out somewhat quickly compared to the cost of them. I have some then bought a pair of spenco total support inserts, but I don't like them quite as much. Hope that helps!

Q: Can these be used for a kid?

It depends on the size and weight of the kid. I weigh 125 lbs and use the 110 size. I think that is the smallest one.
