It works very good
Just doesn’t have off and on switch As long you plugging in it works and then you got to plug out I didn’t like that system but machine got good temperature and is small maybe not be good for big family but it’s sure enough for me

Works pretty well, cardboard around the oil container, can't see it, won't turn on till removed
i was able to set it up in a very short time. I poured oil into the container and put the heating element in, attached the cord but it would not turn on. My husband and I both reviewed all the instructions but found no reason for it to have no power. I contacted Amazon and set up a return. I got ready to pour the oil back into a container. I lifted the heating element out and grabbed the removable container that holds the oil. When I lifted it up I saw a cardboard liner tightly rapped around the tray that was visible or mentioned in the instructions . Feeling a bit foolish, I put the heating element back into the oil and turned it on. The lights came on the unit and I was ready to fry. Food came out nicely.

I've had this approx. 9 months and love it!
I am single and this is perfect size for me. Has worked flawlessly so far. My only real complaint is that the high & low oil levels are marked in the same color as the oil tank so they are a little hard to see without a flashlight. A drain plug would be great but not really necessary as the tank is small and easy to pour from. In summary, I love this little fryer. Perfect for a single person or even a couple.

Works good but wouldn't have purchased in person
Heats up quickly, maintains temperature well. When I went to clean it after I used it I discovered a piece of cardboard between the reservoir and the outside case. Removed the cardboard and now the reservoir doesn't really fit over the case as well as before which wasn't really good to begin with. Prefer a unit that doesn't have the heating element in the fry area so I can cook without the basket if necessary.

Best Little Fryer In The Market
I have purchased other fryers before and really like it, due it small size and quality, plus it uses less oil.

It cooks the outside of the products too fast and the inside is normally raw
I dislike this fryer no matter the temperature nor how long I let it preheat it cooks the outside of the meat very fast and the inside is always still raw I had to throw so much meat out do to this . I had it for a while but I use it for very quick and easy foods now . I hate that I purchased this item
