I received this product today, but it was clearly a returned item from another customer, not a brand new one. The box was already opened and resealed, which is very disappointing. I will leave my actual product usage review after I have tested it.

Very inconspicuous when its plugged in and totally unnoticeable. Easy to setup with the app and vide quality is good for something this small. Works at night and connects easily.

It's consistency is hit-or-miss. Because it breaks recordings into "chunks", if something interrupts the encoding process while the recording is being saved it can easily corrupt the video and make it irretrievable. You can even corrupt videos by trying to download them and canceling the process, which is a terrible flaw.There are so many issues. If you don't have consistent connection, the app will struggle to load, throw errors, or freeze. If you download a playback recording, you need to refresh the list by closing the app and opening it again. The camera is a great piece of technology held back by incomplete development. They don't frequently update the app so it's hard to know if these problems will ever be fixed.
