I love this pillow! It has easily replaced my current pillow. There is an insert you can remove to adjust the height. I use it without the insert. My neck feels supported, and my shoulders line up perfectly to the bottom of the pillow.

I've tried 5 different kinds of cervical neck pillows over the last year now and this odd-shaped, butterfly-styled pillow is one of the most unique. It took a little getting used to it, but it has reduced my neck pain considerably.I had to let it air out before I could sleep on it and let the chemical smell off-gas, but it didn't take long and smell has completely dissipated.This butterfly-shaped pillow, with its unique contour design, really does decrease my neck discomfort. My quality of sleep has improved. My neck discomfort during the day has been reduced. Out of the several cervical neck pillows for side sleepers that I've tried this one is on the slightly firm side. The memory foam is cushiony and comfortable and provides good neck support. It's just a little firmer than other memory foam cervical neck pillows I've tried, which is why I took off one star, but for those who love a slightly firmer pillow with good support, this one has it.

Incredible neck support! The adjustable heights accommodate all my sleep positions. Breathable memory foam keeps me cool and comfortable all night. Best pillow I've ever owned.

Upfront disclosure: I received this item through the Amazon Vine program for review.My wife has been complaining of neck and shoulder pain from sleeping without enough support. As a result I ordered this pillow to see if it would help. The pillow is supportive and does have some customization ability but my wife who is 5' tall and weighs in at 120lbs, just could not find a way to totally make this fit her smaller frame. I tried it and for my much larger 6'1", 250lbs size, it was quite supportive and comfortable. It just didn't quite work with her proportions. It's a good pillow and quite supportive, but it might not be the right choice if you are shorter/smaller than average.

I’m so happy bought this pillow, its relief my neck pain because of my old pillow.It’s give me a lot of support, soft, and also the design helps keep my head, neck, and my shoulder properly aligned.I will recommended to family and friends.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but this pillow gave me severe neck and back pain when I slept with it. After the second night, I had to switch back to my normal pillows, I was absolutely miserable. I thought I was just having bad pain days, but once I swapped my pillow back, the pain gradually reduced to my normal pain levels. I can't recommend this pillow if you also have chronic back pain or neck pain. I was looking forward to this pillow, as it was nice and cooling.

This pillow feels very comfortable and supportive. I like the cool surface and ergonomic shape—it helps me feel relax through the night.

This pillow I was really hoping would work for me. It does have the really nice option of being able to remove a layer at the bottom, which I did. What you are seeing in the pictures I am posting are with 1 layer removed. It still unfortunately is too high in the neck area to support both my neck and shoulders properly. If it had been a little lower I would've been able to be use it. Also, while the memory foam is extremely soft, my head didn't actually push it down. I was able to push it down with my hand, as seen in photos, but not with my head. With my head it remained still up and didn't sink down much at all. Overall a great design maybe for someone, but didn't work for my needs.
