After trying a more expensive product, I decided to give this one a try since it is more economical. It is working just as well and is made better. I like that it is packaged and tested in the USA and also made from ethically sourced ingredients and with good manufacturing processes. I also like that it is made without gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, and preservatives as well as being non-gmo.

Great for blood sugar regulation

I’ve taken bitter melon tablets before. However, this particular brand have a rather unusual side effect of frontal forehead. I’ve tried multiple days, and decreased to 1 capsule with meal, the same headache occurred. I’ve maxed 2 capsules per day with meals, the exact side effect occurred. I really wanted to like this product, but it’s not working out for me.

I have been on the mad hunt for bitter melon without fillers! just straight pure bitter melon at 2500mg for a scientific study i saw about it and type 2 diabeties (with doctor recommendation). You would be extremely surprised at how to even get your hands on it without added extra's and fillers. it had to be pure for it to work from what the study said. it is 1 of 2 herbal suppliments that lower h1c with proper diet if it is pure. So the search was on! locally no go! it was only as high as 200mg. i needed over 2k twice a day. To many for a lower dosage. When i found this on amazon i realized the company. i have ordered from them before and they have pure suppliments with no fillers at all! Took my chances and ordered it! Sure enough no fillers! I like checking not just the listing but the bottles themselves! 200 quick release tabs which for this bottle is 100 since i have to take it twice a day! no gmo and no gluten so i dont have to worry about my fibro flaring up with it either. also supposed to be good for toning down the horrible sugar demon! you know the one that gets you late at night and says GIMMY ICE CREAM NOW! that it does do! Keeping this company on follow for now all my herbals needs! price is right, the bottle and the listing is the same and well the product does work for what it is intended to do for me!
