So far so good
This has worked well so far for my 2 year old. He has taken it off a couple times by biting the tip of the fabric on the thumb and pulling it off, but overall he doesn’t mind them when we put them on and it stops his from sucking his thumb. Good to give it a try!

Worth it! Worked after using for 2 weeks when she got used to the bitter nail polish.
The bitter nail polish initially worked but she got used to the taste and continued sucking her thumb. These worked for my 2 and a half year old daughter after wearing them for 2 weeks when she would sleep. We continued using them for probably a few months to really reinforce no thumb sucking. She was able to remove them, but we just put them back on whenever we found them off. One of them had improper stitching so it was tighter than the other glove. Don’t put these on too tight or you’ll create a tourniquet. Worth the investment!

Not so safe
I was really hoping these gloves would be the product that helped. I think the design was great until we tried them. I was only using the one we have the problem with for a couple weeks with no problems. She tend to still suck over the material finger and eventually went to the other thumb that we were not covering. I then decided to use both gloves to see if it would work. The gloves fit well with a little room but I had a scare one following morning. The 2nd glove we added had cut off her circulation on her hand and made it swell up. I am not sure why because I had tried it on both hands before. I had to stop this product immediately because I felt they were unsafe. I really was hoping they worked!

My daughter just pulls her thumbs out of them :/. I was expecting them to be more secure... Save youself the money... Little too pricey imo for such a small amout of material. I attempted to keep putting her thumb in them and so she sucked on her thumb with the material over or took her thumb out. In the 2 weeks i used it the thumb material already started fading in color.

These gloves are a complete waste of money if your child has any intention of resisting the therapy since they are extremely easy to simply remove. We tried these rather expensive but comfortable looking gloves with our 2-1/2 year old as she is developing a concerning overbite but found they ended up on the floor after the first night. More frustrating and infuriating than the fact that we paid over $30 for some cheap spandex half gloves is the fact that the company peddling this garbage is impossible to reach to either share concern regarding the ineffectiveness of their product or discuss the possibility of a refund. Surprisingly, after no response to several emails to End Thumb Sucking LLC, I was also unable to get Amazon.com to reply to my concerns either. Way to go Amazon! Please don't waste the money on these unless you have it to waste and just can't stomach the thought of a something less comfortable for your child.

I have high hopes for these.
We used the plastic thumb guards for my first two kids. They worked great. We are trying these with my third child because she was able to "escape" from the plastic thumb guards. These appear to be working, but she can slip them off as well. She's been the most difficult, but because she likes the color I think she'll ultimately wear them and quit the habit.

Easy to take off
These gloves are nice, but ultimately my 2year old learned how to take them off and even before that she just sucked on her other fingers. I still use them as a "threat", and it seems to help when she does wear them.

Good Design
The design is great. The fabric is nice and soft. My daughter wore them a few times but has been able to take them off her self. She doesn't suck her thumb as much anymore but they have not completely stopped her from sucking her thumb.
