Simple 10 second RO filter change - can't get any easier
The Waterdrop RO System has been a great replacement to the RO Systems I've had in the past. Gone is the limited Pressure tank - the bladder only having a limited capacity and life-span, (so you are continually having to replace the tank) and you have a small amount of RO filtered water available compared to the endless continuous stream the Waterdrop provides.- Another major Waterdrop advantage is the redesign of the filtration. Changing filters on other RO Systems is always a real pain and would require a mop-up and towel-out after done. With the Waterdrop RO you wait until the system shows you the gradual indication of the filter heading towards replacement (each filter has a White, Yellow, Red status indicator) giving you plenty of time to order/receive the needed replacement filter(s) if you didn't have them on-hand. When replacement is indicated you simply unwrap and uncap the new filter and then do a 1/4 turn twist of the old filter, pull it out, slide-in the replacement filter and 1/4 turn to secure it. Really - Old Out, and New In completed in under 10 seconds if you are slow, and without water shut-offs or spilling a drop.- I keep a spare set on-hand, and then re-order when I use one. Happy to see this product has earned a successful spot in the market place and continue to be available.
