Good quality. Nice scent but not overpowering.

These work wonderfully to keep the wool eating critters off my coats, jackets and other wool clothing. Light smell but very pleasant and diminishes quickly. Great product, very cost efficient.

Nice strong cedar smell, but the bag the pieces come in has a hole in it, so I would suggest putting any you aren't going to useright away in a fully sealed bag to make sure the scent lasts longer

When I brought my artificial tree in from the garage to decorate it, it smelled like cockroaches. I couldn’t stand the disgusting smell so I searched for a solution and found these cedar products, which I put inside the branches of the tree, on the floor, and in a little dish. The nasty odor was eliminated and the area around the tree smells pleasantly of cedar. Problem solved. After the holidays the tree parts and cedar products will be stored in a closet in big plastic containers. Lesson learned.

I was excited to try these cedar blocks and sachets to freshen up my drawers and closets while keeping moths away. When I first opened the package, the cedar scent was really pleasant—clean, woodsy, not overpowering. But after a couple of weeks, I noticed the smell had faded quite a bit, especially in the drawers.The variety of shapes (blocks, balls, chips) is nice, and they look good in storage spaces. I like that they’re all-natural and chemical-free, but I was hoping the scent would last longer without having to “refresh” them so soon.Some tips if you go with this set:Lightly sand the cedar blocks every few weeks to bring the scent back. A quick rub with fine sandpaper really helps.Store the extras in a sealed bag to preserve the scent until you're ready to use them.Use more than one in larger spaces like closets—it takes a few to notice the scent.Don’t expect a strong aroma like commercial air fresheners—this is much more subtle.Overall, they’re okay, especially if you're into natural products. Just know you’ll need to put in a bit of upkeep to keep them working well.

Good quality cedar and multi sizes for various applications. I am going to order more for my trunk. Wool is so expensive these days, this cedar assortment is a good insurance protection for my precious wool.

The cedar blocks I received have no scent at all. I sanded them as the instructions specified and still no scent. I thought maybe it was just me, so I asked my husband and my friend to smell the blocks after sanding - nothing. None of us can smell any cedar at all. I previously had a cedar closet so I know what they should smell like, but for these blocks, zip. Nothing. I'm very disappointed. If anyone has any tips to help the scent come back, please let me know.
