Revised Review
I went through several of these rain covers as each blew out at the seams. None lasting until the first gas fillup of the trip. SEE FIRST PICTURE. Even though they were tight and with a strap to restrict the air flow up inside the cover, nothing seemed to work. Then, I decided to try a net (cost about $10) and three straps around luggage on the outside of the cover. SEE SCOND PICTURE. It worked like a charm. I have gone another 1,500 miles over 3 days with this method and not a single problem. My only complaint now is that they should state that a net is required and possibly sell the nets along with the rain covers.

Used a short time
Had to use last night. Seemed to hold up to the wind, avoided the rain. It’s nice that it cinches in the middle and on the bottom. It went over the bag and the seat.

Doesn't fit tight and the seams may rip if left flopping in the wind....
Unlike many Dowco products.....this one leaves a lot to be desired. First off.....it doesn't fit tight on most any bags including the ones Dowco sells. Second....one of the seams started to come apart within the first 500 miles of my trip! I bought this to keep my bags dry and ended up using a trash bag over this because of the tear. It is more cost efficient to buy some 4 mil trash bags in black and use black bungies to hold it on. I waited too long to take my trip to return this. I think that if you were to tighten up the cover with some black bungies so that it can't flop in the wind......the seam may not have started to come apart. Shouldn't have either way but I think that is why it started to come apart. Once it was covered with the trash bag and bungied tight.....no more problems. If you do purchase this....get a couple bungies (preferably black) and make sure you put one towards the top and the other 1/3 of the way up from the bottom and take all the slack in the bag up by rolling the edges in the direction that is towards the back of the bike.

Good cover, good price
Really huge size, too big for my T-bag actually. Dinged one star for inadequate sizing on the listing. Good quality though.
