Excellent portable solar panel package at a reasonable price
I have two of Aferiy's P210 power stations and decided to buy their 400w portable power system to keep them charged when only solar power was available. I'm pleased with the efficiency of these solar panels, as well as the overall design for portability. Highly recommended.

Good for camping and outdoor activities
We bought it for camping since we don’t have an RV. We bought a battery station last year and thought that having solar battery to supply battery once it’s out is necessary. This solar battery hooks up well with the battery station. It’s compact, portable, convenient to carry and made from solid material. We put it on top of our car and let it charge while we camp so we can enjoy the electric supply at night. It takes a few hours to fully charge but it’s totally worth it. I like the fact that the panel are foldable and there’s a carry case for the plugs. Looking forward to enjoying it more in the summer.

Very portable!
I've really enjoyed these panels so far. They are listed as 400w but I've only managed to get as high as 242w on a clear sunny day. I have them facing southwest but they only get clear, full sun between 2pm-4pm. I'm using them with my Ecoflow Delta Max 2 which is rated for 2000Wh. It would take about a day and a half to fully charge it if it's on 0W but Ive only had it as low as 85% so far. I do like that it is easy to unfold and very lightweight/portable. Also, breaking it down is a breeze. It folds up very nicely and has a velcro handle and snaps to secure it from unfolding. What I don't like is the setup and sturdiness. Because the braces that hold it up are on a seatbelt like mechanism, the moment I try to adjust another bracket and lift the panel off the ground the previous bracket retracts back inward. It took some finagling to set it up properly but it did finally stand. Another downside is that it doesn't hold up too well on a windy day. It's autumn currently and with all the leaves blowing around it easily falls over. It would have been nice to have eye rings or something to stake it to the ground. All in all, I would buy it again for the value compared to other brands.

Holds a great charge and is very compact
I bought this solar panel a month ago and love it! I really like that it is very compact and can be folded and carried away very easily. I also really like the amount of power it can hold and generate for such a reasonably priced solar panel. Overall it’s probably one of the best solar panels I’ve purchased and I’ve already recommended it to some prepped friends.

Most efficient solar panel I have used
I got these to charge my electronics while out camping and outdoor picnics and this has been very useful so far. The technology has advanced a lot in recent years and this solar panel is definitely one of the latest as it can perform a rapid charge on my phone even during dusk. Will definitely be using it more this summer.

A Good 200W Portable Solar Panel
This is a nice looking 200W portable solar panel. It consists of four connected solar panels, each with a support leg on the back for setting the panel angle to the sun. The panels sit flat relative to each other when set up - but like all of these portable panels, they take a little wrestling to get propped up and aligned with each other and the sun initially. With a weight of 9.9 pounds, the unit is not difficult to position and open. The solar connector cable is nine feet long, terminated in MC-4 connectors and housed in the attached, zippered accessory pouch, along with a set of power sockets to directly charge USB-A, C and 12VDC (DC5521 barrel connector) components (phones, tablets, USB lights, etc.). An included MC4 to Anderson adaptor cable adds connection flexibility. The accessory pouch zipper is designed to be water resistant. The solar cells show no cracks or other flaws. On a sunny N.E. PA day in April, the panels achieved a 157W electrical output, with the panels laying flat on the ground, not propped towards the sun. This was, in my experience, a good showing. My one concern with this portable solar panel is the omission or obscuration of some important information. When matching a solar panel with a portable power station, it is important to determine that the PPS can handle the panel's open circuit voltage. This is the voltage measured from the solar panel when the panel is not connected to a load at max rated power. This is a published number that should be compared with the maximum solar charge voltage limitation published by the the PPS and needs to be observed to prevent the PPS suffering possible damage. This is labeled Voc and it must not be greater than the published maximum solar charge voltage limitation of the PPS. I have PPS's that range in maximum allowable voltages from 19V to 30V. I mention this because this Aferiy AF-S200 Manual does not mention the Voc value. It lists the voltage at maximum power (Vmp), a different spec, but not the Voc. Both values are important. Inside of the panel storage pocket, the panel specifications are printed, but they are almost impossible to read (see attached picture). There was a specifications list printed on the inner cardboard packing case - the thing that you throw in recycle so that you can play with your new toy! Unless, that is, you know to look for these numbers first. See the picture of the panel's Technical Details list from the box. It lists a Voc of 21.6V. That is the maximum voltage that this product can produce. It is not particularly high, a good thing for compatibility with PPS's This panel should work with most PPS voltage limitations. But you need to know that to be safe and not blow out your PPS on a sunny day by using a solar panel that exceeds your PPS voltage limits. I have owned fifteen different portable power stations, all but one with a 300Wh battery rating or smaller. Of those fifteen, five of them had a 19V or 20V maximum solar charging limit and could not safely be used with this solar panel. So this is something to know before you risk your expensive PPS. The manufacturer should make the Voc value easily found, and it wouldn't hurt to add a page to the operating manual to explain what this means. But few manufacturers do explain this. So, what do I like about the Aferiy 200W Portable Solar Panels? Pretty much everything. They are well constructed and sturdy feeling. They are attractive with no flaws showing on my unit. The cable running from the panels that you attach to the PPS or solar charge controller (for stand-alone battery charging) is nine feet long! That is a lot of flexibility! The additional power box with sockets for 12V power and USB-A & C power is an excellent stand-alone item for charging electronic accessories directly without need for a charger or PPS attached. Once the panels are opened and properly angled for the sun, the panels remained even and straight - no sagging was apparent. And looking at comparable portable panel prices on the Amazon page, this unit is well priced. Just take a picture of the Technical Details on the shipping box before you discard it.

Awesome Portable Solar Panels!
We get a lot of power outages during the spring season living in the midwest. I was looking for a portable solution that is easy to use and solar. Came across these solar panels and I'm very happy. This 200w solar panels are designed for plugging in multiple mobile devices to have them charged. Ports range from type C, USB and a hook up for a power station. The panels easily fold open, are very easy to use, rain proof, lightweight and the case is heavy duty for the panels protection. Lastly the cost is spot on for what you get. I'm very happy with these panels. I would recommend these for your home or outdoor use.

Could have more hookups
This is a good size panel. Something I had been looking for to plug into the solar connection on a travel trailer. This panel almost goes all the way across the roof. It's a more portable one so it can be a bit more flexible. However, my other panels that I use to charge big powerbanks come with a lot more connection options. This is pretty much just one with some USB ports. Great if you are using it with the connections in mind but, I do wish they had included a flexible adapter for other mounts. As it sits, I can only use this with my trailer, not anything else. Overall it handles well and everything else is good, just wish it had a little more on the connections.
