Holes for installation of the heat shield did not align. The P0420 code came back right away.

Fit perfectly. Problem solved
This fit perfectly for 2004 Nissan Frontier 3.3L and it amazing. However be warned before attempting this replacement on your own. If you have the 2 egr valves above the manifold head it is a nightmare to remove the old catalytic converter. It took 2 men certified to remove all necessary components to get the old cat out.

The catalytic converter came brand new. Love it can’t wait to install. Can't believe the quality. Now I need to see the durability!
