Recommended inulin doses range from 5,000 to 10,000 mg daily, which far exceed the dose provided in this product. I like that this product has no additional fillers, is non-GMO, and is made in the USA in a GMP facility. The product I received expires about 2.5 years after I received it. I am taking this for the probiotic it offers, but do not consider it to be a significant source of prebiotic fiber.

The capsules are a nice size and easy to swallow. I did not have any digestive problems with this but honestly can not say whether they are working or not.One thing that bothered me was that a lot of the information on the bottle was in such a small font that I could not read it at all. This included the "Caution" statements - and that worries me. I am taking off one star because of this. There is a small American flag on the label so I assume this means it is made in the US. But the type is so small, I cannot tell. Vitamatic is a brand of dietary supplements founded in 2020 and owned by Proempire LLC based in Raritan, NJ. But the address seems to be in a multi-use so I am not sure where exactly this is made. A list of import/exports indicate that they have imported from China and India in the past.

As with all supplements, you have to decide whether the ingredients are right for you. I was looking for a combination of probiotic bacteria with fiber, and this is exactly what this product provides. Comes fully sealed, both inside and out. Capsules are sizable, but not difficult to swallow. Good value for money.
